Ring doorbell plus

I have just had this doorbell installed, I got twosecurity screws, it only requires one, so assumed one spare. Put the faceplate on, the security screw goes in the centre underneath, but would inly screw half way in. Ring say there shoukd be shorter screws after sending them puctures but I did not receive  any shorter screws the ines I got are tiny but only screw half way in, in the accessorise  kit on ring  does show some shorter screws, I was told the two screws I received were for if you use the corner wedge, what difference would d that make to the security screw, I am at a loss.

Hi @user_527842. The security screw will only work with a security screwdriver. The security screw has a torx head instead of a phillips and also is flat on bottom, not pointed. Let me know if this helps.
