Ring Doorbell Offline

troubleshooting
My wired ring doorbell is offline and it does not appear to be getting power (the lights do not come on). However, the app says transformer voltage is good. I connected my old doorbell and it worked so there is power from the source. The last reported signal strength was RSSi 62. Nothing has changed on my network and it is up and running fine. My Ring camera in the back yard appears to be working fine.

Hi @user_e11d96. If this is a battery powered Ring Doorbell that you have connected to an existing doorbell circuit, the battery may need to be manually charged. In either case, you can factory reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Then try walking the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Doorbell is still unresponsive after trying these steps, our support team can see what other options are available.
