Ring Doorbell 2020 notifications missing

Hello, I recently installed ring doorbell 2020 and not seeing frequent or any notifications when there is a motion (my nest doorbell even captures sound & motion immediately). It only triggers person detection notifications when I go near the doorbell…is am Missing anything or that’s it it will do! Note: I have set the setting as motion sensitivity st it’s maximum and frequently notify.
