Ring 3+ no longer detect person

My Ring 3+ No longer recording people walking towards my door. Got it for a year, it was able to detect mailman dropping mail in my mailbox. But since a few weeks back, the doorbell can no longer detect mail delivery. I had Amazon making deliveries, if the person does ring the doorbell, there is no recording. The only motion captures was ourselves coming in and out our door or cars passed by the road. This is now a useless doorbell unless someone rings it. I just tried to removed advanced motion zone settings to see if it will detect again. I’ve set the motion at the most sensitive. If anyone has any suggestions, please help.
