Power to my Gen one doorbell
I have a generation one ring door bell. I had it hooked up to run off the battery but recently hooked it up to a 8 volt transformer. When I look at my ring app, it says its being powered by battery. I made sure that it was secured properely to the plate and that there is power and it is. What can I try?
