Poor Live View Connection
Iphone receives all notifications for Neighborhood, when someone is at door, etc. But iphone seldom connects to live view, allways needing to reconnect, without having to fiddle with app settings and check different items on dashboard (note: no changes are made to any settings) for several minutes - live view will then come up but within 30 secs disconnects again. RSI currently 47 but have seen higher, good internet thoughout home - 150+mbs , ring device is 8 feet from router. Router is rebooted periodically, Iphone has no connection issues with wifi otherwise.....What next?

Hi there, @chobe_tuckershome.net! With wifi resources and RSSI looking to be sufficient here, the next best thing to check are mobile device variables. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device, and all other apps are closed. Try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app. If this concern persists, please download the Rapid Ring app and test live view connection from that app. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
