Good question, @TerryMc! When using a vpn, you may experience technical issues while using your Ring, Rapid Ring, or Neighbors apps due to the way some VPNs work. For example, sometimes the range of IP addresses a VPN provider allocates can cause connection issues with the Ring or Rapid Ring app, potentially delaying or preventing connection to your Ring device(s). These problems can occur using a mobile device, tablet or on a desktop computer.
