Mulptiple devices setup to Ring video doorbell

Does anyone know how to setup the camera option once another device is located? I already set up the doorbell on my phone and my wife’s phone but she can’t see the camera view from her phone. Any help???

Hello @Devenk , When you said, _"I already set up the doorbell on my phone and my wife’s phone",_ I am not quite sure what you mean by, "she can’t see the camera view from her phone". So, I am assuming that you are logging in on your phone using "the Owner" email log-on, and you set up your wife's phone, and are having her NOT use your email/password to log into her phone's App. And that you instead have her logging into her Ring App with her Ring account using her email, and that you had "Invited" her as a " **Shared User**"? First, if you have not already invited her, to be a "Shared User", go ahead and do so. If this is your case, in the Link below are more specific details & information on the how to do that and the differences between "Owner" and "Shared User." (The "Guest User" is a type of User that is only available for the Ring Alarm system) [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) The key is that "Shared Users" can access all the cameras and doorbells by default, but are limited to what they can do, however, **at the Owner's discretion**. Double-check that she does indeed has your Owner's permission. An Owner can limit any Shared User's access to cameras and doorbells. So again, she should have access already, but double check by: On your phone app, where you already logged- in as "The Owner", go to your main menu \> Control Center \> Shared Users \> select "Manage" on the Location address account of the cameras/devices you want to grant Owner permission for \> select the Shared Users name \> and here you as the Owner can **toggle ON the cameras/devices that you wish the Shared User to have access to. ** Once you grant your Owner permission to that camera/device, then she should be able to view it. I hope I understood your post correctly, and this is helpful to you.
