Hi I received my new doorbell at the beginning of December and was told the missing security screws would be sent out to me. I still have not received these. I’m not buying a set when they were not in the box

Hi @user72318. If you still have the original packaging, double check it to ensure the security screws were not in there. They are pretty small, so they can be easy to miss among the other parts and packaging materials. If they aren’t there, I’d suggest following up with our support team regarding this.

Mine came with 3 screws, so I got a spare one fee. Fantastic quickfire solutions on this support forum, I see. Recommend you bodge up this mod to the screw remover to avoid losing the screws.
