Live View - What triggers it???

Lately when Iook at my history, I see multiple entries that are listed as "Live View" and are shown in ORANGE instead of blue. When this happens, they seem to occur every 10 minutes for around 30 minutes and then stop. When I view the recording, I don't see anything that seems to have triggered the entry. Any ideas???

Hey @LtAmoc. Live View is only triggered from the user's side of things when someone wants to view the Doorbell. Anytime you tap on the camera from the Dashboard and go live, this is pulling up the Live View. You may need to ask any shared users if they are enabling the Live View and pulling it up, as this could be where there are a few Live View events if you are not triggering them. Please note that Live View events cannot be longer than 10 minutes, as they time out after the 10 minutes has passed and need to pulled up again, which would log another event in your Event History. If you're having 30 minute long Live View events or need someone to take a look at this with you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). Same issue. Whilst looking at my Ring Indoor Cam activity from last night there are two Live streams that neither I nor my wife initiated. We are the only two users. In fact, the streams were of the camera in my mother’s home of the living room where my wife was at the time. An way to tell from Logs who accessed our camera?

Hi @Berg107. You will not be able to tell what user accessed a Live View using your logs. What you can do is check your [Authorized Client Devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038142272-Ring-Control-Center-Information) to verify who is logged into your account. You can remove any unrecognized devices, which will have that device automatically logged out of your account. Also, verify what [Shared Users](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) have access to the Camera, as they could have been the ones that activated a Live View. If you need further assistance with having this looked into more in depth, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
