Issues to say the least

I’ll get logged out or it’ll say ring not active when I leave the house but only for my device, or the motion will come on and it will be just a loop of the same video over and over and not the actual video, video quality is terrible or it shows a 5 minute video BEFORE the answered motion and like a half second of answered motion I also have huge periods of video not available on my timeline
