How to use warranty on my defective ring doorbell

Bought my ring doorbell pro in July 2024. I was finally able to install it today. January 26, 2025. Tried everything to connect to Wi-Fi including ring phone help but it’s not possible. Representative suggested returning product. Since it has a year warranty I figured I send it back. But there is no instructions available that I can find. What are the steps on getting this done?
