Hi @Clinton2000. Videos for your Ring Devices can be stored for up to 60 days. This is a configurable time frame that you can adjust using Video Storage Time. You can learn more about Video Storage Time in this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-). Once the selected time has elapsed, the videos are deleted and not retrievable.
