Hi I have a 2nd generation door video bell , I’ve managed to apply Halloween chime to my phone chime but can’t apply it when you press the ring bell - can anyone help - can’t find anything in my settings to help - I’ve no audio settings? I don’t have a chime accessory I use my phone as the chime Thanks

Hi @user24374. The app alert tones setting in the Ring app is for the tone that plays on your phone when you receive an alert. This setting does not change the tone played from the Doorbell itself, as that tone cannot be changed from the original sound.
