Door bell not picking up motion

Had the bell 2 years now for some reason it’s not picking up motion all the time. My husband managed to enter and leave the house without it picking up anything and this isn’t the first time it’s done this all my setting are set to pick up any movement I’ve messed around with all the settings and it still doesn’t capture some things.

Try setting the motion frequency to “frequent”. It uses more battery but certainly fixed the problem for me.
