Device won’t reconnect to WiFi

My internet went off and now my doorbell will not reconnect. The internet is now working, I have deactivated the device, removed and reinstalled the app and tried to set up the doorbell as a new device but it keeps getting to 95% and then saying there was a problem connecting to the WiFi. Any help appreciated.

Hi @user82749. What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? Is there a specific step you are failing at? You may need to go into your phones setting and temporarily turn off WiFi Assist/Smart Network Switch to complete setup.
