Device Owner Corrupted

I am the original purchaser or a ring doorbell. When I try to change it it says I am not the owner. I deleted it and now it won’t let me add it back because I am not recognized as the owner.

You may need to ensure the Doorbell is fully deleted from the original account that it was set up under, as it doesn't seem to be fully removed since you are still getting this message.
