Can my ring doorbell turn on non-ring ceiling lights?

I have a ring doorbell and non-ring ceiling lights connected to Alexa. Can I have the lights turn on when the doorbell sees something? (Ideally for 10 minutes or so...) If so, pretend I'm not very bright and explain the procedure simply.

Yes, as long as the lights can be controlled by Alexa, you will set up a routine in Alexa with a trigger being the ring camera detecting motion.
