Bad battery life

All of a sudden my ring doorbell 3 is only getting 3 - 5 days battery life. I have two batteries and they are both getting the same while previously would get around 2 -3 months as I also have the solar mount. I haven't made any changes at all and the WIFI signal is showing as good. Going back through the activity history I'm not seeing more activity then in the past. I'm completely lost as to what is causing the battery to drain so quick all of a sudden.

Hi @user_e0c475. Trying a different battery and checking the history were both good troubleshooting steps to try. Since there hasn't been an increase in the activity level, first try rebooting the Doorbell using the reboot option on the Device Health page. Monitor the battery level after the reboot to see if it's still draining quickly. If it is, please reach out to our support team to investigate this further.
