Wireless Doorbell 3 plus 2 way talk stopped working
I recently bought the doorbell cam 3 plus , it has not been a week since I bought it and the 2 way audio is not working. The people can hear me but I can not hear the people when they ring or when I use the app .

Hi @Ajsal. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that's done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to set it back up in the Ring App again. Should the 2-way audio still not work properly after these steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
