Subscription renewed but now showing as unsubscribed
I have had a front doorbell for a couple of years and the subscription auto renewed on 12 August. All seemed fine initially but last week it stopped saving recordings and says I'm not subscribed. I do have a camera in the garden which I purchased end July and when free trial ended I purchased a subscription for that which is showing as subscribed for that. So basically I have 2 devices with 2 subscriptions purchased but only one subscription 'activated' or working properly. Any ideas what could have happened. Many thanks

Same here I paid my fee in Jan this year and got a replacement from Ring due to a faulty unit now it's a useless doorbell that I could of just purchased for £5 ...
