Spotlight cam plus has suddenly gone offline and will not reconnect to wifi, other camera's are ok. Its less than a year old. Any ideas?

    Hi, I also have three Spotlight Cam Plus all have died and are the same model. I received notifications over a short time saying the battery door was open, but they were not. I reported one of them and Ring is sending me a replacement refurbished model, which I have been waiting for for nearly two months. The other two, of the same model and vintage, 20 months old, have water in the domes and are dead as a result. I wrote to Ring on the 30th of January but got no reply. I have been a premium member for many years and as this is a manufacturer defect I am looking for replacements. The units cost me €600 as they are the solar editions. All were installed in my new home in March/April of 2023. Hope this helps Fergus
