Question

Last night I got home and when I checked the fotage it looks like the ring did not record me. I though: ok, maybe it miss it. But today I came home with my dog from the beach, I checked the footage again and I am not there either. Once more the ring door bell did not record when I arrived. Weird.

Hi @AntonioEAlvarezMas. I would make sure you have set up your Motion Settings correctly. You can start with increasing your motion sensitivity and adjusting your motion zones.
