Missing light control shortcut on dashboard

Recently the shortcut I had on my dashboard for controlling all my floodlight pro wired "lights" is now gone.  I was able a week or so ago to turn all my lights on and off with one shortcut on the dashboard and now that shortcut is gone.  Now I have to bring up each floodlight separately and turn on and off the light.  I called Ring and they were unable to help.  She said that it was no longer available and for me to wait a couple of weeks to see if it comes back.  Was there an update that wasn’t really an update but a downgrade?  I want to be able to select all (6) my floodlight pro wired units at once and turn on and off the lights like I was able to do a week or so ago. Help!
