lack of customer service
I was subscribing to a single camera for around a year or so, I then upgraded to multiple cameras and Ring were taking 2 payments from me, one for the single camera and one for the upgraded subscription, I contacted them regarding this and they refunded me the single camera subscription but now they have cancelled my subscription all together. I've tried deleting my card and re-adding it and it's not working, I've checked with my bank and they've said all is fine and to contact ring to re activate the subscription, Ring however think it's not their problem and offer no help at all, all in all customer service is terrible and I now have multiple camera's that are no more use than a door stop.

Hi @user_07c0aa. You can subscribe to a Ring Protect plan by following the steps outlined here. Make sure you have a valid debit or credit card on file as the payment method. Prepaid cards and bank accounts cannot be used as payment methods for the Ring Protect plan.
