I am in Australia and the camera is in the UK. I know the camera is connected as I can see live pictures but when I go to events history or device health it says it’s offline

Hi @user_87f7b8. You may need to reboot the device. Try going to your Device Health menu and tapping the Reboot This Device button. Let me know if that helps.
