Two Floodlight Cams stopped working with internet while other ring devices still connecting

So a couple days ago one of my floodlight cams stopped talking to the internet. Yesterday the other one stopped talking to the internet. Neither floodlight cam will reconnect, just keeps saying I have an internet issue. BUT, my doorbell cam, my driveway cam, and my moveable spotlight cam are all still working. No problems connecting to the internet at all???????? NO internet changes have occurred. SO what changed????????? Was there a recent firmware update that has broken my two $270 cameras?

Hi @newmanme. A good first step is to review the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength) for your Floodlight Cams on the Device Health page. If the Floodlight Cams are not receiving a strong and stable wifi signal, they may disconnect from the wifi network. If you are unable to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) your Floodlight Cams to wifi, try resetting them by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, attempt the setup process again.
