Transferring camera device from one ring account to other ring account

How can i transfer all the device (cameras) from one ring account to other ring account . i know how to share device to one user account to other user account. my manger is sitting in Singapore, he wants all newly configured security camera in his ring account, he advise me create new ring account and configure all device in this account and transfer all the devices to his ring account.
