Transfer of Device
I bought 3 indoor cameras off Facebook marketplace. Two cameras work, one says that ownership cannot be transferred. I contacted the seller and he can’t find a way to transfer the device to me any further than what he has done. I called ring and they can’t automatically transfer it because Marketplace is not a reputable/certified store. Ring told me to select “request device transfer” and if the previous owner doesn’t respond within 15 days, then it will automatically release ownership. I have tried this twice and it hasn’t worked. Are there any other options or suggestions out there? Or is it time to give up?
