Stick up cam showing lights not covered in the troubleshoot section
I'm trying to set up a new stick up cam it won't complete connection. The light stays steady blue that isn't covered in the trouble shooting tips. it keeps making a chime that isn't in the trouble shooting tips. Live chat can't help with this kind of problem, the phone line won't take the keyboard input for the correct department and drops the call. The other phone number on the website doesn't exist at all and none of this is mentioned anywhere on the Ring website they only want to advertise at you. I've bought the product - would be good if it worked
