  Hey @jwall62! This should definitely not happen. Please try a power cycle on the cam by unplugging it or hitting the breaker for where it is powered, then reapplying power. If you have a battery versions, simply remove the battery and reinsert to power cycle. If that does not resolve the light concern, please reach out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for further assistance on this. I hope this helps! :)

  OK, I reset the camera, the light bank comes on very low, blinks a little and then goes out, it will not stay on. NExt solution?

  I have the same problem. My right side lights work but the left side will not come on. I have the solar panel and the battery drained to zero for the first time since I got it in 2019. I pulled battery, charged it, and replaced in the cam. Everything reset and connected to wifi but left light will not work. What is the problem?

  You are out of luck. RING stands by their product for only 1 year. After that too bad for you. I am going through an issue with a 1.5 year old stick up cam. Loyal for almost 10 years. Loyalty means nothing to RING.

  I didn’t realize this was a thing. My right side LEDs are not lighting up as well. Will have to call Ring tomorrow to see what is really covered with the Ring Protect plan.
