Spotlight cam 2nd battery not working

My 1st generation spotlight cam 2nd battery does not get recognised by the camera even swapping it with the 1st

Hi @user_61773d. Try factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
