Snapshot Capture stopped working
Hello, snapshot capture suddenly stopped working just after midnight into today (31/10). Notifications and movement captures still work as they should do but the snapshot has just stopped recording images. This is across the 4 devices I have that are capable of this feature.

I'm with this problem in Brazil: Timeline View of Video Recordings Blank, but History Normal! You had this same problem in EU and UK and was resolved. It is also happening in Brazil. I have a wired ring doorbell and a smartphone Samsung 8 - Android. This problem has been happening to me since November 2021. Please resolve this issue.

Hi @Wez. You can view snapshots in the Event History on your Ring app. To view a snapshot, follow these instructions: * Open the Ring app * Tap the desired device on the Dashboard * Scroll to the left to see previous snapshots The Snapshot Capture feature will require a Ring Protect plan subscription.

In checking the [Status Page](https://status.ring.com/) that @SolarEclipse shared, looks like neighbors in the UK and some EU countries may experience a blank Timeline view when trying to review their video recordings. Videos are recording normally for all subscribers and can be viewed by tapping the History button in the Ring App. This also applies to the Snapshot Capture feature. Our team is working on this and I recommend keeping an eye on the [Status Page](https://status.ring.com/) to see when it is resolved and everything is working properly again. :)
