Scratched Lens

Looked up some fixes for scratched lens on Ring, there are none. My two outdoor cameras have clouding and haze spot becuase of scratching on the lens from the elements, saw a few Youtube fixes for GoPro thinking they are similar. Anyone had any luck fixing this issue also by rubbing a compound like Maguries or alchohol or toothpaste etc to get rid of scratches off the lens?

      Same here really bad scratches on the plastic covering the lens and around the button
