Samsung Phones & Notification Sounds ( SOLVED )

Hello, I previously had issues with no sound when someone rang or for movement at any of my cameras. The only solution that worked was to regularly clear cache in the Ring apps storage. This I had to do several times a day for my devices to receive sound. I know that this has been an issue for several people with Samsung phones and is not unique to me. Now recently it's working perfectly without me having to clear cache and I'm assuming that either Samsung or Ring or a collaboration has addressed the issue. Better late than never.
