Ring spotlight cam plus
troubleshooting
My spotlight cam plus is constantly saying it’s got low battery even though I have got 3 batteries I put 2 of the fully charged batteries in the camera and it only ever says there is 1 in there then goes back to saying I need to charge the already fully charged batteries! Very disappointed as there has been a lot of crime in the area lately

Hi @user_35efab. I recommend factory resetting your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnecting it your Wi-Fi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
