troubleshooting
Only had this camera since mid February and the privacy cover doesn’t seem to be working. I can open and close the cover but it doesn’t deactivate the video and mic when the cover is closed you can still select live view in the ring app. I have reset the camera twice tried adding it back to my other ring devices in the app and same problem privacy cover does not disable the camera any ideas please? I have three of these cameras total and the other two work fine.
