Ring Indoor Cam Setup Fails – Blue Light Followed by Blinking Red
Hi everyone, I need some help with my Ring Indoor Cam (Model: 5UM5E5). It was working perfectly until recently, when it suddenly got disconnected and now refuses to reconnect. During setup, the camera shows a solid blue light for about 5 minutes, then switches to a blinking red light with the message: > "SET UP DIDN'T COMPLETE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN." Also, pressing the setup button has no effect—it doesn’t enter setup mode anymore. This cycle keeps repeating every few minutes. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Restarted the camera Checked the power supply Attempted setup on multiple devices Despite all this, the issue still persists. I've also recorded a video showing this behavior. Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest what I should do next?
