Ring camera not working

My new ring camera outdoor plus battery keeps going on and offline from WiFi with the majority being offline. It’s close to my WiFi source so that isn’t the issue, I’ve only had it 2 weeks and it spend its majority offline and sometimes reconnects by itself. I’m not sure what else to do or if it’s a faulty camera as it connected initially for about 2 days then started continuously reconnecting and disconnecting. Any help or suggestions appreciated!
