Ring camera gone pink
My ring camera has gone pink when I open up the video or live view. Iv had it maybe over a year so surely this shouldn’t happen? Iv tried resetting it, wiping it etc. Could you please give me some advice what to do next please?

Hi @Mbarrettwindows1. This happens when the night vision of your camera has been stuck in the on position. You can fix this buy removing power from the camera for 3 minutes, then powering it back up. This should fix your pink video. If for some reason this doesn't seem to correct it, you call to phone our support team.
