Ring cam not refreshing in app

So it’s happening again. The ring camera is not updating on the dashboard like it used too. I had to change my wifi password the other day and whilst connecting the camera back to the app it installed an update but after the update my other 3 ring cameras that didn’t update when reconnected are fine. Just the one that installed the update will not refresh. I’ve read through the previous forums on this and have tried it all. Anyone else having this issue and know of a fix for it? Now more than ever I need it to update and it’s not working. Not happy
