Ring alarm goes off repeatedly
I’ve had my Ring for over a year. The battery is charged. Last night it went off every 15 minutes repeatedly 5 times in rapid succession starting at 3 am. When I tried to activate the video on my phone, it would not open. There was no movement outside, I checked. Should I disconnect the battery? Any other way to reset it?
