Our spotlight camera is faulty as the light will not turn off. We went through the initial screening with ring customer service who agreed there wasn’t an obvious fix and it was sent to the technical team for reviews it’s now been over a month and several calls and I’ve had no contact whatsoever from ring. Light remains faulty and they declined to issue a replacement either until technical team reply!
