Pixelation using Android Ring App

Pixelation using Android Ring App, but not with iPad app. My wife has the same issue on her android app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app still the same problem.

Hi @user_2e974e. Is this pixelation occurring on recorded video playback, Live View, or both? Are you using wifi or mobile data on your Android device? Which version of the Ring app and Android OS do you have running? I'm happy to take a closer look once I have more information.
