PIN needed to connect to WiFi but camera inaccessible

Question

I have a new router and have been able to connect my other camera and doorbell but one camera when trying to reconnect in the app is asking for PIN code but the camera is inaccessible.  Any ideas?

Hi @suzukigsxr. If your Ring device requires a security pin to connect to your wifi, you will need to get it. This cannot be avoided. Your pin code is going to be on your Camera or if you still have the packaging, it should be on a slip of paper that came with it.
