Outdoor Camera & Pan/Tilt Bundle

Hello all, I’ve just bought a ring outdoor camera which came bundled with the indoor/outdoor pan tilt mount. I followed the installation method and the camera connected. But upon closer inspection, the pan/tilt mount is not recognised and the camera is showing a ‘this device stopped receiving power’ error message. I’ve attempted several times to set it up correctly by resetting etc but I always end up with the same issue. Does anyone have a possible solution? Many thanks!
