Only saving 30 days instead of 180 days

I have the basic package which says it saves 180 days. I'm only getting 30 days storage.

Ring is fraudulently telling you it records 180 days without telling you that you need to change the settings to enable this and telling you how to do this in a clear transparent way. It's yet another low tactic used by Ring to try not to use so much cloud storage. In the Ring App, go to the Hamburger Menu top left. Choose Control Centre. Video and Snapshot Storage > Video and Snapshot Storage Time..... > Edit All. You may need to select "Show All" (Again, showing how far Ring will go to try to hide the 180 day option from its ripped off customers). Choose 180 days for Event Storage Time and 14 days for Snapshot Storage.
