Not able to add ring spotlight cam plus in Ring App

Hi Community, I bought a new ring spotlight cam plus from ring EU website. When I am trying to add the device in the app it's showing an error as 'some unknown error happened and please try again'.     Hi @GS453. You mentioned that you purchased the Spotlight Cam Plus from the EU Ring website, so you'll need to be located in the EU to use this Camera. Also, make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app to ensure everything is working correctly.
