New Solar Charger

Hi Ring team, I just bought 4 Outdoor Security Cameras With Lights and solar charger for each one. I installed them and they are great. The first 3 went in well. The forth camera is good, however, the solar panel that I got with it is faulty. It wont charge the camera. I swopped it with another solar panel and that one works well in the same location. Is there a way I can get my faulty solar panel replaced please?
