New owner authorisation
troubleshooting
Hi, I have sent two requests now to have a device transferred to me as the new owner. There has been no response for well over 15 days. Previous owner of the device was my late grandad. What do I need to do to get this transferred over. I don’t need access to the original account or any footage. Thanks Dan
